Winter Neutrals ft. JORD Watches

I guess second time is the charm! :D

If you have no idea what I mean by that, I am super excited to say I am working with JORD Watches for another round of collaborations - and you guessed it, holiday season! Also, I promise I will post more on my blog. Consistency is definitely crucial to building an audience and engaging content! Just taking a brief break from preparing for finals, refining projects, etc. to talk to you all a bit about my favorite trend, neutrals in winter!

Vivienne and I had a wonderful happy hour at Walnut Street Cafe which is literally a few feet away from her apartment building! And good thing too, because the snow was incredibly awful that day. But hey gotta do it for the gram, am I right? She captured this photo too! Side note: While I wish I owned the YSL wallet, it is actually hers!

The last watch I got from JORD was a dark wooden watch! Don’t get me wrong I think dark colors are super easy to style, and black is quite obviously a badass color, but this season I am really feeling neutrals! This could explain a sudden increase in the amount of neutral basics and coats in my closet ;) I requested the Fieldcrest watch which has a super, sophisticated air about it plus it pairs well with any neutral outfit, especially one with a lot of grey tones! I have also paired this watch with a light blue sweater that has the cutest detail (won’t say what brand it is b/c it has been blacklisted from society) but I found it at Marshalls originally! Light colors definitely work with this watch!

This is an indoors outfit, but you probably knew that already! Top: LAMade Clothing - gifted through Octoly (this grey long-sleeve is a basics MUST) Jeans: KanCan, I swear by this LA brand Shoes: I needed a good pair of snow boots, and Club Monaco offers great student discounts, free shipping and 15% off! These are super comfy and just perfect for the winter/early spring! Sorel Footwear :) https://share.clubmonaco.com/x/QsYclp Great for trudging in the snow, still a horrible idea to walk 4 blocks just for a last-minute photoshoot and this is coming from someone who lost her umbrella and almost got knocked into the street TWICE trying to walk through the wind lol You can’t really see my scarf although I believe it was my mom’s originally. It has both a good, subtle mix of grey and white tones!
